Lent at the Cathedral: A Time for Homecoming

There's something about this time of year.  It's engrained in us.  It's who we are and what we do.  It's Lent, and it's time for us to come home.

Regardless of age, race, income level, or even how frequently they attend Mass, Catholics across the board are more actively involved in their faith during the season of Lent.  Praise God!  Wherever you're at and wherever you've been, during this season of repentence, renewal, and rebirth, the Cathedral Parish welcomes you home.

This Lent, you'll see an additional Daily Mass, additional times for Reconciliation and Eucharistic Adoration, new spiritual formation programs with our priests, and longstanding Lenten traditions like Stations of the Cross and our Knights of Columbus' Friday Fish Frys.  Come home for Lent, and let us together prepare to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus this Easter here at St. Jude!
